William Means Real Estate adds three new agents to its team
October 11, 2017CHARLESTON, SC – Three new agents have joined one of the oldest real estate companies in Charleston. William Means Real Estate added Meghan Chipley, Farrah Follmann and Chris Gatto to its team of experienced real estate agents.
Chipley joined William Means in 2010 and headed the company’s marketing department. In that role, she designed marketing materials and developed ad campaigns, as well as strategized efforts for the marketing of individual properties. She also oversaw the expansion of charlestonrealestate.com and the firm’s social media efforts. That experience makes her uniquely positioned to present clients’ homes in the best light. Prior to joining William Means, she worked in interior design and has a degree in corporate communications from the College of Charleston.
Follmann was raised in Dallas and has a degree in international business and finance from Texas A&M University. Fluent in German and Italian, she lived in Italy for 12 years becoming an associate with the International Commercial Real Estate Agency, Cushman & Wakefield. As one of firm’s top office property brokers in Milan, she represented a wide range of multi-national corporations in one of Europe’s most complex real estate environments. Follmann moved to the Charleston area in 2010 to pursue her real estate passion of luxury residential property.
Gatto has more than a dozen years of experience helping buyers and sellers reach their goals. After graduating from the College of Charleston with a degree in corporate communications, Gatto joined his family’s real estate business. He managed the business and was a top-producing real estate agent. After seven years in the family business, Gatto moved to Nantucket and joined the island’s oldest and most established firm where he was a top producer in the second home market.
